摘要
通过Cambrige S-360扫描电镜,对不同润滑条件下带钢表面质量进行研究。研究表明:采用轧制工艺润滑,可以提高带钢表面质量,减少混晶现象,有利于薄规格产品的生产。
By Cambrige S-360 scanning microscope,the various studies have been performed on surface quality of the steel sheet with different rolling lubrication condition,the results showed surface quality of the steel sheet was improved,the phenomenon of maxed-grain was decreased when rolling lubrication was adopted,and it facilitated the thin gauge sheet production.
