摘要
本文通过在实验室条件下研究了铝电解中掺杂了Li、Li+Ba、Mg+Fe盐的石墨电极对阳板的电催化作用,发现了这些掺杂电极能显著降低碳阳极反应的过电压。通过实际应用表明,该项技术给自焙铝电解槽带来了很大的节能增产效益,在一定程度上开避了高温熔盐电解槽节能的新领域。
The electrocatalysis of Li,Li+Ba,Mg+Fe salt-doped graphite electrode to anode in aluminum electrolysis was studied in laboratory.It s found that the doped electrode can obviously reduce the overvoltage in carbon anodic reaction.Proved by practical application,this technology can bring the effect of saving energy and improving output in self-baking aluminum cell.To some extent,it starts a new field for high-temperature fused-salt electrolysis cell.
