摘要 交流变频器调速技术是电力电子技术、微电子技术、控制技术高度发展的产物。交流电动机,特别是鼠笼异步电动机和变频调速器相结合,在频率调节范围、动态响应、调速精度、低频转矩、输出性能、功率因数、工作效率、使用方便等方面是以往任何调速方式无法比拟的。因此,它广泛应用于钢铁、化厂、电力、机械、轻工等行业。本文根据唐钢耐火材料厂现用的三台变频器,从理论分析到实际效果来分析变频器节能,希望能对同行起到抛砖引玉的作用。 alternating-current frequency transformer adjusting speed is the fast development product of electric electronic technology, tiny technology, control technology, alternating-current electric motor, specially the mouse basket electric motor combining the conservation of frequency transformer, in the face of the scope of frequency adjust, development response, adjusting speed precision, low frequencyturning moment,export performance, power factor, worked efficiency, convenience of use has no opponent of any adjusting speed way. therefore, it widely makes use of steel, chemical plant, electric, machinery light industry and so on. This article according to the three frequency changer of Tangshan steel and iron group fireresisting material factory, from theory analysis to the practical effect, analyses the energy conservation of the frequneney transformer, we wish it can creat much help others.
