摘要
以"合理分流、优化组织、减少需求"为构建老城区动态交通保护圈的基本策略,从"路网规划、交通管理、交通组织规划与信号控制方案优化"等方面提出有利于桂林老城区保护的交通规划方案和管理措施,并运用交通微观仿真软件TSIS,对提出的规划方案和动态交通组织方案进行仿真分析。
The old urban area of Guilin is the main parts that create and attract traffic loads inside the urban districts. Supersaturated traffic system results in severe destroy in the original characteristic scene of old urban areas. Traffic protect for the old urban areas has become the emphases of city plan- ning of Guilin in the near future. Traffic design planning and organize measures which favor the traffic protecting are bring forward from traffic net programming, traffic organize, traffic framework plan- ning and signal control planning optimize. Meanwhile with traffic micro-simulative software TSIS (Traffic Software Integrated System), this article builds a model to analyzes the proposed planning methods and dynamic traffic protecting planning.
