摘要 针对低渗低产的樊家油田储层特点和注水开发中的问题,对注入水(清水和污水)的水质及对储层的损害进行了系统的评价研究。研究结果表明:清水主要是水化膨胀堵塞储层,损害率平均为29.73%;污水主要是固相含量高堵塞储层,损害率平均为87.37%。研究确定了适合于樊家油田使用的粘土稳定剂是PTA或TDC,使用浓度1%;污水回注时必须经过3μm滤膜精细过滤。提出了该地区注入水的标准和实施技术,推荐了具体做法。 In view of the formation characters and the problem coming out in waterflooding development in low permeability and low production Fanjia oilfield, a research on quality of injection water (fresh water and produced water ) and its effect on formation has been completed. The result indicates that the formation blocking is caused mainly by the hydrate expanding of fresh water and the high solid content of produced water, the average damage ratio is 29.73% and 87.37% respectively. PTA or TDC is the suitable clay stabilizer for Fanjia oilfield, its application concentration is 1%, produced water reinjected must be fine filtered (3μm ). The injecting water standard and its application technology were recommended.
