孤岛油田局部稠油井曾采用挤稠油降粘剂、泵下掺水等工艺，效果不明显。１９９３年对这部分油井采取地层化学处理、地面掺热水降粘与螺杆泵配套使用的采油工艺等措施，使原来大多数生产不正常的油井恢复正常生产，平均单井日产油量由原来的０．７７ｔ增加到６．２３ｔ，检泵周期由原来６２天延长到３５５天，年累计增产原油２．４７０５×１０４ｔ。
Because oil in some wells of Gudong oilfield is very heavy, treatment by injecting thinner and mixing water under pump is not effective. In 1993, such technologies as formation chemical treating, surface crude mixing with hot water and screw pump were used in these wells, most of them came into regular, single well oil production increased from 0.77 t/d to 6.23 t/d and pump detection period prolonged from 65 days to 355 days, accumulative oil production increased by 24705 ton per year.
