摘要
通过对某水电站顶部设置垫层的大直径坝内浅埋管进行线弹性和非线性有限元计算,得到钢管、外包混凝土及钢筋的受力规律。提出在钢管外侧设置垫层可以较好地使钢衬发挥承载作用,减少坝体混凝土的受力,防止或减轻坝体表面产生裂缝。
Through the linear elastic and nonlinear finite element calculation of large diameter shallow-buried pipe with cushion layer in dam on top of a hydropower station,the paper obtains the mechanical law of steel pipe,outer wrapped concrete and steel bar.The cushion setting outside the steel pipe could play the role better,reduce stress on concrete of dam and prevent or lighten the emergence of crack on dam face.
