摘要
主要介绍了芜湖市地下管线地理信息系统的设计原则与建设的组织管理以及技术框架的有效架构等方面,并对系统的特点及关键性技术进行了阐述。系统建成后与已使用的芜湖市基础地理信息系统融为一体,提供了一套动态更新手段,保障城市地下管线管理高效高质运转,为城市规划、建设和管理提供科学依据。
Design principles,building organization management and effect frame of technique framework of Wuhu Underground Pipeline GIS are mainly introduced in this paper.System characteristics and key techniques are presented.The built system is inosculated with the Wuhu elementary GIS already in used.A set of dynamic updating means is provided,assuring high-quality operation of city underground pipeline management.Scientific reference is supplied for city planning,building and management.
