"十一五"期间,国家实施"千亿元工程"对全国农村公路进行改造,安徽省为完善农村公路通达情况专项调查成果,在农村公路"村村通"GPS普查的基础上,组织开展了全省农村公路专项调查补测工作。统一采用GPS技术手段获取了全省范围内所有乡(镇)及建制村的公路通达情况和县、乡、专用、村公路的空间数据和属性数据。
