摘要 介绍了一种流体管道流动观测装置,该装置利用场作用力以非接触方式驱动流体在环形管内循环流动,在整个观测过程中流体始终离不开测试管道,所以不改变流体的管道流动历史,实现了在有限长度的试验管道内任意长时间、长距离地模拟及观测实际输油管道的流动,从而满足有记忆流体管流实验的需要,尤其是对于象含蜡原油这样的非牛顿流体的管道流动实验,本装置提供了一种新的试验测量手段。装置测粘范围为40~6000 mPa·s,试验样品用量约550mL,温度控制精确度高,具有无级变速功能,观测过程中基本无轻组分损失。 Introduces a kind of liquid pipeline flow observation device. It uses a field effort to drive the liquid to flow circularly in a loop pipeline by means of a non-contact way. Through the whole process of observation, the liquid never get out of the pipeline all along, therefore the pipeline's flow history is not changed, which realizes simulating and observing the flow of an actual oil transport pipeline for long time and in long distance in a limited length of testing pipeline at will, thus meets the requirement of memorable liquid pipeline flow experiment, the device provides a new test measuring means especially for the flow experiment of such non-Newton fluid pipeline as waxed crude oil. The velocity measuring scope of the device is between 40-6000mPa#·s, testing sample amount used is 550ml, with high temperature control precise and infinitely variable speed function and no light component losses basically during the observation.
