吉林省延边朝鲜族中学体育教师队伍现状及建设构想

The Current Situation and Construction Composition of the Korean Minority High School P.E. Teachers Team in Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin Province

抽样调查和数据统计分析发现,延边朝鲜族中学体育教师队伍的现状存在教师总体使用效益不高而个体教学负担过重,教师队伍的学历、职称、年龄结构很不合理,专职教师数量不足,整体素质偏低,教师流失倾向比较严重,教师队伍缺乏稳定性的多方面问题。通过分析造成这些问题的原因从而提出改变这一现状的具体措施。

The research finds out, through the sample investigation and data statistics analysis, that the present situation of the P. E. teachers team is not ideal. Such as, the ineffective general utilization of the teacher resources, heavily burdened individuals, the unreasonsble distribution structure of the teachers＇ qualifications, professional teaching tides and ages, the insufficient quantity of professional P. E. teachers, the low general quality, the serious trend of the drift of the teacher resources and the unstable state of the teachers team.The paper gives some advice by analyzing the factors that brought on above-mentioned promblems.
