摘要
针对钢丝绳连续抽油杆耐腐蚀性差的问题,研制了用于这种钢丝绳表面防护的热挤塑生产线。生产线由钢丝绳架及放绳机构、预张紧机构、钢丝绳加热机构、挤塑机、定型机构、冷却水槽、牵引机构、检测机构和收线机构等组成。介绍了生产线的设计特点、总体设计和关键部件的设计方案。生产线的工艺性能试验和试制的1500m长热挤塑钢丝绳连续抽油杆的井下试验表明,这个生产线结构简单,操作方便,造价低,能满足生产防腐热挤塑钢丝绳连续抽油杆的需要,且可推广应用到桥梁斜拉绳、煤矿提升绳等的热挤塑防护。
In the light of had cormsion resistance of steel cable sucker rod, a thermo-extrusion production line for the surface protection of the rod is developed. The production line is comprised of steel cable stand and cable handling unit, pretensioning mechanism, cable heating unit, extruding machine, rod finalizing device, coolant water tanks, pulling device,inspection unit. The design features of the production line and design scheme of the key component parts are introduced.Test and application shows that the production line is characterized hy simple structure, easy operation and low cost, and it can meet the need of producing anti-corrosion thermo-extruded steel cable sucker rods.
