通过MK84125轧辊磨床在安钢1780 mm热连轧生产线的成功投用,介绍了SINUMERIK 840D数控系统在此磨床中的应用。分别从硬件的配置、软件的设计和NC的配置等几方面作了详细地阐述。经过近一年的使用,此磨床的控制精度和使用效率均达到了预期效果,完全满足生产需要。

In this paper, with the successful bidder of MK84125 roll grinder in Angang 1 780 mm hot strip mill production line, the application of SINUMERIK 840D CNC grinding machine is introduced. Some aspects of it are expounded in detail, such as the hardware configuration, software design and the configuration of NC. After nearly a year of use, the control precision of grinding machines and the use efficiency achieve the desired effect and can fully meet the production needs.
