摘要
CO2气保焊丝表面清洗质量的好坏直接关系到焊丝镀层的质量。大多数生产企业表面清洗工艺采用传统的先碱后酸工艺:酸洗用于除锈,碱洗用于去除油脂、拉拔粉和其他污物。介绍2种焊丝生产表面清洗工艺,分析焊丝拉拔后的表面物质与涂层,通过试验阐述CO2气保焊丝的拉拔工艺及表面清洗过程。根据酸洗、碱洗的原理,指出酸洗能除锈、除脂,碱洗只除油不除脂。对比先酸后碱和先碱后酸2种清洗工艺的差别,指出先酸后碱优于先碱后酸的清洗工艺,能更好地解决焊丝镀层的表面清洗问题。
Surface cleaning quality of CO: shielding welding wire good or not is directly relative to plating coat quality of welding wire. Most of production enterprises adopt conventional alkalicleaning before pickling surface cleaning technology: pickling is used for rust removing, alkalicleaning is used to remove grease, wire drawing powder and other feculence. The surface cleaning technologies of two kinds of welding wire production are introduced, and the surface substance and coat of welding wire after drawing are analyzed, to expound the drawing technology and surface cleaning process by test. It is pointed out that pickling can only remove rust and grease, alkalicleaning remove oil except grease according to the principle of pickling and alkalicleaning. To compare the differences of two kinds of cleaning process of alkalicleaning after pickling and alkalicleaning before pickling, pointed out that alkalicleaning after pickling , can settle surface coat cleaning problem of welding wire well , is superior to alkalicleaning before pickling process.
