针对Y341－114型封隔器存在密封效果较差、有效期短、解封不彻底、反洗通道关闭不严和卡死等缺点，濮阳汇达集约工具厂研制了ZY754—5型封隔器。这是一种液压坐封、上提油管解封的水力机械压缩式封隔器。介绍了ZY754—5型封隔器的设计要点、工作原理和主要技术参数，叙述了室内试验和现场试验情况。28口井的现场试验表明，ZY754—5型封隔器克服了Y341—114型封隔器的缺点，在适应井径范围内可满足水井分注与卡漏的要求，坐封成功率和分注合格率为100％，有效期延长1倍以上。

In the light of the disadvantops of Model Y341-114 packer, such as badsealing, short service life, incomplete releasing, and unreliable reverse washing, a hydraulic mechanical compressed type packer, Model ZY754—5 packer, is developed. The design features, working principle and main technical parameters of the packer are introduced, and both lab and field tests are described. Test result shows that Model ZY754—5 packer can satisfy the operating reopiremnts with perfect setting and long service life.
