关于牙轮钻头滑动轴承配合间隙的讨论 被引量:2

摘要 牙轮钻头大径向滑动轴承的配合间隙值对整个钻头的工作性能有很大影响。从润滑理论的分析表明,最小油膜厚度随半径间隙变化的幅度很小;从接触力学理论的分析表明,适当减小径向间隙值,可以降低轴承接触压力峰值;从摩擦发热角度的分析表明,减小配合间隙可以降低摩擦发热和磨损量;普通合金钢滑动轴承半径间隙值不小于0.05mm,硬质合金硬-硬轴承半径间隙不小于0.035mm时可避免出现热卡死现象。最后结合牙轮钻头实际制造过程,提出适当减小现有轴承径向间隙值的措施。 The radial clearance of tLhe big joumal bearing in rock bit's bearing system is of great importance to the service behavior of the bit. The authors attempt to make som analysis of the radial clearance of the bearing from the aspects of lubrication theory, contact mechanics, and tribology theory, and conclude that, the radial clearance has little influence on the minimum film thichness while having apparent influence on the contact behavior and sealing performance of the bearing. Based on the above discussion and combined with the manufacturing process of the bit, the authors present relevant measures for reducing the radial clearance of current rock bit's bedrings appropriately.
