分析了新立城水库的水文特征,阐述了分期防洪限制水位在新立城水库的分期及设计情况,并通过调度实践证实了分期防洪限制水位在新立城水库的应用中发挥了效益。
This paper analyses hydrological characteristics of Xinlicheng reservoir and expounds the period and design of the application of stage flood limit level.The practice of the attempr proves it has played a benefit.
