水火电量置换报价策略研究

摘要 水火电量置换"是合理利用资源,解决火电发电成本不断攀升与水电弃水浪费间突出矛盾的有效途径。本文在深入分析"水火电量置换"经济效益的基础上,定量分析了效益分摊比例、拟置换电量、可变成本等因素对置换电价的影响,探索了水火电站的合理报价策略。研究成果经实例分析验证具合理性和可靠性。 Thermoelectricity and hydroelectricity displacement is rational use of resources and an effective way to resolve the highlight contradictions between the thermal power generation costs rising and disposable water in hydro power. Based on their economic benefit of, This paper quantitatively analyses the effectiveness of sharing ratio, the proposed replacement power, variable costs and other factors on the impact of replacement electricity, water power plant to explore the rational bidding strategies. The results are verified being a reasonable and reliable.
