摘要
本研究采用问卷、访谈等方法,对义务教育"新机制"政策在西部农村地区的实施情况进行调查,同时考察了政策落实过程中存在的问题,为政策的进一步完善提出建议。
Based on questionnaire and interview, the paper investigates the implementation of the new mechanism.policy of compulsory education in western rural areas, and assesses the implementing situation of new mechanism＇s six goals; meanwhile, it studies the problems in policy implementation process and new issues caused by the policy, and puts forward some suggestions for further perfecting this policy.
