摘要
合成了丙烯酸酯(A)、苯乙烯(S)、醋酸乙烯酯(V)的三元共聚物,并探讨了影响共聚反应的主要因素和共聚物溶液性能。研究结果表明,以水为介质,在适当的单体配比、乳化剂、引发剂作用下,采用半连续乳液滴加工艺,能使竟聚率相差较大的丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯、醋酸乙烯酯3种单体进行共聚反应,且所得ASV乳液性能稳定而优良。
The copolymer of butyl acrylate/styrene/vinyl acetate (ASV) was prepared by emulsion polymerization. The major factors of affecting copolymerization and the nature of copolymer liquid studied. The investigation result shows that using water as solvent, under proper ratio of monomer emulsifier and initiator, proceeding in half-continuous emulsion of dropping, it can make three monomers,ie. butyl acrylate, styrene and vinyl acetate, which are largely different in reactivity ratio to get copolymerization. The emulsion nature of ASV obtained from stated method is in good quality and steady.
