摘要
当前不少学校在创建特色学校过程中存在一些误区,主要表现为:为特色而特色、重物质轻精神、盲目跟风、特色建设局部化等。要走出这些误区,需要中小学正确认识特色学校的本质和内涵,建立相关制度并合理规划特色学校建设,教育行政部门要进一步扩大学校办学自主权,加强对特色学校建设的引导、监督与经费投入,同时社区、家长也要对其予以大力支持。
At present, there are many understandings in constructing characteristic school, which are mainly shown as: just to seek characteristics, to weigh more material than spirit, to follow others blindly, and the localization of characteristic construction. In order to walk out of these understandings, primary and middle schools should correctly understand the essence and connotation of characteristic school, establish the related system and carry out the reasonable plan of characteristic school construction; the education administrative department should further expand schools" school-running autonomy, strengthen guidance, oversight and investment; communities and parents should give great support.
