摘要
教学实践离不开教师个人认识的参与,个人理论是决定教师行为的根本要素。个人理论内在地决定着教师教学工作的状态、质量和水平,深刻地影响着教师的专业成长。它可以为教师专业成长提供新的思维方式和理论支点,实现教师专业成长范式由"他律"向"自律"的转变。教师个人理论的形成,不仅可以促进教师个体教学风格的形成,更能够让教师在认识教学中提升自我。
Teaching practice can＇t be separated from teacher＇s participation, and the individual theory is the fundamental essence that determines teacher＇s behavior. The individual theory internally determines teacher＇s teaching state, quality and level, deeply influences teacher＇s professional growth, provides new thinking mode and theoretical support for teacher＇s professional growth, and promotes teacher＇s growth paradigm to change from ＂heteronomy＂ to ＂self-discipline＂. The formation process of teacher＇s individual theory not only can promote the formation of individual teaching style, but also can realize teacher＇s self-improvement during understanding of teaching.
