摘要
为了综合考查石化流程的安全度和可用度,运用状态转移模式分析的方法,建立了系统安全度和可用度模型,并将其运用于催化裂化装置的实例。认为安全度和可用度在很大程度上并不矛盾,提高石化流程的安全度和可用度的策略应是防止突发的危险性事故,及时识别并克服各类事故隐患,扩大安全检测的范围。
In order to recognize the relationship between the safety and availability in petrochemical process, this paper proposes a model of analysis of state transit mode. The results obtained in the application to a Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit, show that the two concepts are not contradictory each to other in general, the strategies to improve safety and availability include how to prevent the accidence, how to distinguish hidden trouble in time and how to increase supervisory areas.
