摘要
陆费逵之所以能把中华书局经营成近代出版的重镇,离不开他对公共关系活动的重视。本文在综合分析陆费逵公关实践活动的基础上,探讨其政府公关、媒介公关、顾客公关和全员公关策略,以期为现代企业的经营管理特别是为企业公关活动提供某种借鉴。
