PS降粘剂在胜利油区稠油开采中的应用

The application of PS-thinner to the viscous crude oil recovery of Shengli oil province

方法根据室内试验和现场应用，对PS稠油降粘剂进行评价分析。目的解决胜利油区稠油油藏粘度高，开采和集输难度大的问题。结果PS降粘剂使用浓度小，含水、水质要求低，乳化效率高，降粘效果好，而且不影响破乳。在胜利油区应用后，使稠油的可采性和泵输性大大提高。结论调油PS乳化降粘开采，不仅解决了稠油在地层、井筒内难以流动的问题，而且使稠油的地面输送简单化，具有推广应用价值。

Method Evaluation and analysis of PS-thinner of viscous crude oil are carried out according to lab experiment and well site application. Purpose To solve the problem of difficult production, gathering and transportation of viscous crude oil in Shengli oil province dueto its high viscosity. Result Low vis-reducer concentration, less requirement for water cutand quality, high emulsifing efficiency, good viscosity reducing effect, non-influence onemulsion breaking are observed in its application to Shengli oil province. It is easier to recover and transport the viscous crude oil. Conclusion The technique not only solve the problemof difficult flow within formation and wellbore but also solve the problem of complicated surface transportation of viscous crude oil which is worthwhile for widely application.
