摘要 方法将蒸汽驱采油工艺配套技术用于克拉玛依油田六─九区浅层稠油油藏蒸汽驱生产过程中,并对各种工艺技术的应用进行评价。目的建立一套适合该区浅层稠油油藏蒸汽驱采油工艺的配套技术。结果蒸汽驱注汽井井下结构以热膨胀金属封隔器加隔热油管为最佳;综合应用生产井常规监测、汽驱观察井测温、测压及TPS-9000型高温测试车,能满足油田生产的动态监测;采用“T”型管网、球型分配器进行蒸汽量的分配及差压式流量计进行湿蒸汽的单参数计量,其计量误差可控制在一定范围内。结论该区采用的蒸汽驱采油工艺配套技术,能够满足生产需要。但注采井注采剖面的调控及细粉砂的防砂工艺技术有待于进一步研究。 Method Matching oil production techniques for steam flooding are applied to shallowviscous crude oil reservoir of 6-9 area of Karamay oil field. Evaluation of those techniqueswas made. Purpose To establish a set of matching oil production techniques which are suitable for shallow viscous crude oil reservoir of this area. Result Heat expansion metal packer plus heat insulated tubing is the best downhole structure for steam injection well of steamflooding. The integrated application of production well conventional monitoring, temperature and pressure test for steam flooding observation well and high temperature testing truckof TPS-9000 type can meet the dynamic monitoring requirement of oilfield production. Steamis distributed by T shaped pipes and spherical allocator; and single parameter metering ofwet steam is done b.y differential type flow meter with very limited errors. Conclusion Thematching oil production techniques applied in this area can meet the requirement of production, however, the adjustment of the injection-production profile and the control technique against fine silty sand have room for improvement.
