摘要
[目的]了解社区糖调节受损人群的营养状况。[方法]用24 h膳食回顾法对174名糖调节受损者的营养膳食状况进行调查。[结果]糖调节受损人群能量摄入高于参考摄入量,达114.71%。在三大营养素中脂肪供能占40.36%,碳水化合物供能占44.27%,蛋白质供能占15.32%。膳食纤维、钙、锌、铜,以及A、B族维生素和维生素C的摄入量均低于参考摄入量。[结论]糖调节受损人群的营养摄入不合理,需加强营养教育。
[ Objective ] To investigate the nutritional status of people with impaired glucose regulation in certain community. [Methods] Using 24 hour dietary recall method to investigate the the nutritional status of 174 people with impaired glucose regulation in certain community. [ Results] People with impaired glucose regulation took in more calories ( about 114.71% of the recommended standard ) , fat for energy ratio was 40.36% , carbohydrate for energy ratio was 44.27% ,protein for energy ratio was 15.32%. The intake of dietary fiber and some nutrients such as Ca,P, Vitamin A, Vitamin B and Vitamin C were all lower than their respective reference standards. [ Conclusion] The nutritional status of people with impaired glucose regulation is unreasonable, nutritional education should be enforced.
