2008年西藏山南地区大骨节病病情调查分析

Outcome analysis of Kaschin-Beck disease investigation in Rikaze prefecture,Tibet in 2008

目的了解山南地区大骨节病流行现状,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法对调查点进行全民临床调查和4～13岁儿童右手X线拍片检查。结果4个县大骨节病临床检查共2 217人,检出Ⅰ度以上病例134例,平均临床患病率为5.59%;儿童X线共拍片616人,检出阳性病例2例,平均阳性检出率为0.33%。结论此次调查的山南地区4个县均为大骨节病轻病区。

Objective To explore the condition of Kaschin - Beck disease （KBD） in Shannan prefecture, and to provide a scientific basis for KBD prevention and control. Methods To investigate of clinic for all people and X - ray test of local children from 4 to 13 years old in survey spot. Kesults examined 134 cases in degree 1 In all 2217 people were survey of KBD clinic relevance in 4 county and the average detective rate was 5.59% in countries. The children X - ray examined 2 cases in 616 people and average rate of X - ray detective was 2. 34%. Conclusion 4 countries of research to belong to light illness in shannan.
