目的在疾病预防控制机构建立完善的实验室期间核查方式与评定方法,确保期间核查实施的有效性。方法针对实验室的具体情况对期间核查的方案、评判原则及方法、频次等方面进行了全面分析。结果提出了用于期间核查的方案、评判原则及方法,确保了检测结果的可信度。结论为疾病预防控制机构实验室的测量设备提出了较为有效的期间核查方案。

Objective To establish and perfect the intermediate cheek and assessment method of laboratory of Center for Disease Prevention and Control （CDC） . Methods Comprehensive analysis was made on intermediate check ways, judgment principle, methods and frequencies, etc. Results Several intermediate cheek plans and assessment methods were brought forth and the credibility of the examination was maintained. Conclusion An elective method of the intermediate checksof lab of CDC equipments is put forward.
