DLQI与SF-36量表对手部湿疹患者生活质量评价的比较

Comparison of the Evaluation of the Dermatology Life Quality Index and SF-36 in Patients with Hand Eczema

目的:评价皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)与非特异性生活质量量表(the short form-36 healthsurvey,SF-36)在评估手部湿疹患者生活质量时的效果。方法:采用简体中文版DLQI和SF-36量表同时对108例手部湿疹患者(病例组)及102例健康人群(对照组)的生活质量进行评估,并对评估结果进行统计学分析。结果:①DLQI研究结果:病例组评分远高于对照组(P<0.001),手部湿疹对患者的生理及社会活动影响最大(P<0.05),对人际关系影响最小(P<0.05),性别的差异对生活质量的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②SF-36量表研究结果:病例组女性同对照组女性相比各个维度的分值均较低(P<0.05),而病例组男性同对照组男性相比仅在生理职能、躯体疼痛和躯体健康总评有较低的分数(P<0.001);多元方差分析结果表明在生理功能、活力、情感职能、心理健康、心理健康总评维度,性别差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),各维度在年龄方面,只有生理功能存在趋势性,年龄越大生理功能越低(P<0.05);在生理功能(PF)和躯体健康总评(PCS)维度,年龄和性别存在明显的交互作用(P<0.05)。结论:手部湿疹严重影响了患者的生活质量,SF-36量表较DLQI更适用于评估手部湿疹患者的生活质量。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of the dermatology life quality index （DLQI）and short form-36 health survey （SF-36）in patients with hand eczema. Methods： 108 patients with hand eczema and 102 healthy persons were evaluated by DLQI and SF-36. at equal pace, and the results of the evaluation were analyzed. Results：（1） DLQI scale results showed that the scores of the ease group were higher than that of the control group with statistically significant difference（P 〈0. 001 ）and had the greatest influence on the symptoms and feelings and work/study （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , with minimal impact on interpersonal relationships （ P 〈 0.05 ） , gender difference on the quality of life had no impact of statistical significance（P 〉 0.05）. （2）The study results of SF-36 scale were ：The various dimensional values in the female patients of the case group were lower than those of the control group in each dimension have the low minute value （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , but the scores of the male pa- tients in the case group were lower than those in the control group only in the physiological function, bodily pain and the Physical Component Sunrmary Score（PCS） （P 〈 0. 001 ）. The results of multi-element analysis of variance indicated that the gender difference showed significant difference in physiological function, vitality, emotional function, mental health and mental component summary score （MCS） （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , In age aspect,only physiological function indicated tendency and the older the age, the lower the physiological function was （P 〈0. 05）. Obvious correlation existed between physiological function（PF） and PCS dimension in age and gender（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Hand eczema impact on the patient＇s quality of life are obvious. SF-36 scale is more suitable than DLQI in assessing the quality of life in hand eczema.
