摘要
目前,"山寨"企业已经对同行业正牌企业提出了挑战,逼迫正牌大型企业提高科技含量;从产业发展的生命周期来看,技术普及、产业成熟是生产力发展的必然,而随着核心技术的普及,"山寨"企业必然会产生并发展,而后在市场竞争中优胜劣汰,部分走向品牌化、正规化,大部分则被市场淘汰。因此,"山寨"企业的发展、繁荣是某个产业发展到一定阶段的必然结果,也是产业技术走向普及的必由之路。
Now, 'cheap copy' company pose a real challenge to standard brands', and press them to increase technology content. From product life cycle theory, popularization and mature of technique is inevitable, then ' cheap copy' company will come into being and development, then after cut-throat competition, most of them will failure, and only a little company can develop to a standard and large-lot producer. So, the development and prosperity of 'cheap copy' company is a result of industry development. It's also the only way to technique development.
