太原市高职院校健美操课开展现状及分析

Present Situation of Aerobics Dancing Course in Taiyuan Higher Professional Colleges and Its Analysis

通过对太原市高职健美操教学现状的调查与分析,结果表明:太原市高职健美操课教师的总体的职称结构较合理,但男女教师所占比例相差较大;健美操课的教学内容比较单一;教学设备不够完善。高职院校应重视体育教学,建立健美操课外俱乐部并加强体育教师的职后学习。

By investigating and analyzing the present situation of the aerobics dancing teaching, we can see that the general technical title structure of the aerobics dancing teachers is reasonable in Taiyuan Higher Professional Colleges. But their male teachers and female teachers are out of proportion, their content of aerobics dancing course is comparatively single, and their teaching equipment is not perfect. Therefore, these colleges should pay further attention to the teaching of physical education course, set up extracurricular clubs of aerobics dancing and strengthen the on-the-job training of their teachers.
