药剂专业中职师资培训方案的开发研究

Study on the Development of Training Program of Pharmaceutics Professional Teachers at Secondary Vocational Schools

在实地调研、问卷调查和文献分析的基础上,对照药剂专业中职教师能力标准(草案)和教师的需求情况,对中等职业教师药剂专业培训方案进行了设计和开发。培训方案分上岗、提高和骨干三个层次,培训内容以模块化进行设计,培训形式设计包括理论学习、开放研讨、观摩交流、教学实践、企业实训等。

Based on the research on spots, the investigation of the questionnaire and the analysis of documents, referring to the teaching ability of pharmaceutics teachers at secondary vocational schools and teachers requirement circumstances, a training program of pharmaceutics teachers at secondary vocational schools was devised and developed. Thee training program includes three gradations：elementary, enhancement and backbone positions. The training content is devised in modules and the training manner design includes theory study, opening discussion, viewing and emulating exchange, teaching practice and enterprise training on the spot etc..
