金融危机时期中国吸引外资策略研究

Study on China's FDI Strategy in Current Financial Crisis

2006年上半年开始显现的美国次贷危机已经演变为一场巨大的全球性金融风暴，危机的影响不仅仅局限于金融领域，还对实体经济的各个方面产生错综复杂的影响。我国自改革开放以来，参与经济全球化的程度越来越高，实体经济已基本融人全球经济，外商投资一直是我国推动经济发展、扩大就业、实行经济结构优化升级的重要动力（Hansson，2009）。

The current global financial crisis has led to the sharp decrease of international FDI, which has also made serious negative impacts on China＇s inward FDI efforts. The paper analyzes China＇s FDI performance in the framework of global financial crisis, and employs Mr. Dunning＇s Eclectic Theory of International Production to discuss the factors of financial, monetary and location advantages as well as their impact on China＇s FDI efforts. It is suggested that China＇s FDI efforts should shift from Quantity-oriented Model to Development-oriented Model, help those existing foreign-invested companies in China to explore new financing methods, and make full use of China＇s ongoing domestic stimulus plans to promote inward FDI.
