摘要
Harbison and Myers(1964)首次提出人力资源开发(Human Resource Development,简称HRD)这一术语。从那时起,人力资源开发作为一个具有实践性和研究性的领域或学科,与许多领域(特别是组织开发和培训及发展)走到了一起(Mclagan,1989年)。在人力资源开发学科发展的40多年间,HRD学科由一门实践领域向一门学科发展,其国际社会认知度逐渐提高。2007年,我国诞生了首个人力资源开发专业;2007年3月,华东师范大学获得国务院学位的批准在教育学一级学科下自主设立了“人力资源开发与教育”专业,学科代码为040727。
Today, facing the globalization and knowledge-based economy, HRD (Human Resource Development)disciplines has great historical and practical the birth and development of significance, plays an important role in social development. HRD, as a practical and research discipline, has created a "hotbed" in the process of maturing; but at the same time, in the process of developing it formed an invisible "fence", which hindered the development of discipline and maturity. The paper analyzes the "hotbed" and "fence" of the international HRD discipline, which can provide the relevant insight for building HRD Discipline of China.
