摘要
用失重法和电化学(极化曲线和阻抗图谱)方法研究了叶酸和碘离子对冷轧钢在0.5mol/L硫酸溶液中的协同缓蚀作用,并用原子力显微镜对腐蚀前后的钢表面粗糙度进行表征。实验结果表明叶酸和碘离子复配后对冷轧钢在硫酸溶液中有非常好的缓蚀效果。它们复配后在冷轧钢表面吸附模型为兰缪尔吸附。单一的碘离子对冷轧钢为抑制阴极型缓蚀剂,碘离子和叶酸复配后为混合型缓蚀剂。
Synergistic inhibition between folic acid and iodide ion for cold rolled steel corrosion in sulphuric acid were studied by weight loss and electrochemical methods. AFM was also used to test the surface of steel eroded. The results showed that mixture of folic acid and iodide ion had good synergistic inhibition for cold rolled steel in sulphuric acid. Adsorption of inhibitors on cold rolled steel in sulphuric acid follows the Langmuir isotherm. Mechanism of synergistic inhibition was studied. Iodide ion was a cathodic - type inhibitor for cold rolled steel in sulphuric acid, and it turned into mixed - type inhibitor with adding folic acid.
