How to Develop Vocational College Students' Abilities in the Teaching Process

能力培养是职业教育的基本取向,高职教育阶段对学生进行能力培养具有重要意义。高职教学过程是对学生进行能力培养的主要环节,通过努力探索、开发和创新,完全能够将能力培养有效地融入到各个教学环节和教学项目中。文章在总结了自身的探索和经验的基础上,就教学过程中能力培养的可能性进行了阐述。

The cultivation of ability is the primary orientation of vocational education, so in higher vocational education it is important to cultivate students＇ ability in the teaching process which is the main means. It is possible to completely and effectively integrate ability cultivation with teaching process and with teaching program if research, exploration, and innovation have been made. This article discusses the possibility of ability cultivation after summarizing some experience.
