高性能MH灯电子镇流器的研究

摘要 MH灯作为一种高强度气体放电灯,它具有显色性好,发光效率高,寿命长等显著优点,是节能型电光源,已成为照明领域中极具竞争力的电光源。文章研究了高频MH灯电子镇流器,提出了它的电路的结构组成;利用PFC输出电压纹波作为灯电流频率和幅值调制的方法,有效抑制高频MH灯的声共振现;对变换器的输出采用闭环恒功率控制,继而设计了一台高频软开关电子镇流器。 As a kind of high intensity discharge lamp, the metal halide lamp ( MH lamp for short) possesses excellent color rendering, high light efficiency, long durability and other advantages. It is energy - saving electric light source and has been a very competitive electric light source in the lighting field. The high frequency electronic ballast is studied in this paper and the structural composition of its circuit is presented. By utili- zing the PFC output voltage ripple as a method of the modulation of lamp current frequency and amplitude, the acoustic resonance of high frequency MH lamp is effectively inhibited. The close - loop constant power control is adopted for the output of transformer, and a high - frequency soft - switching electronic ballasts is developed.
