摘要
薪酬管理制度从根本上来讲是希望吸引、留住和激励企业员工,但若使用不当则可能会给企业带来严重的管理危机。为能让薪酬管理制度既有利于企业的发展.又能保证员工从薪酬中获得经济上、心理上的平衡.就必须建立一个公平、公正、富于激励性的薪酬体系。
The salary management system is to attract,retain and motivate employees essentially,but if used improperly it could lead to serious business management crisis.So we must establish a fair,just and incentive salary management system which allows both the development of enterprises and ensures that employees get economic and psychological balance from the pay system.
