职业素质已成为制约学生就业和发展的主要问题,本文结合工作实际,就学生工作在高职生职业素质养成方面的教育管理理念、模式及文明、诚信、责任等具体行为养成等方面做的实践探索进行了总结提炼。

Professional moral is an important issue which constracts graduates employment and development.Combined with actual field work,this thesis probes into theory and mode of education administration,good behaviour,creditability,responsibility of higher vocational colleges.
