科学发展观与高职学生综合素质培养的实践探索

Practical Exploration of Comprehensive Quality Cultivation of Higher Vocation College Student and Concept of Scientific Development

以人为本、全面协调可持续发展的科学发展观,是我们党从新世纪新阶段党和国家事业发展全局出发提出的重大战略思想,是不断提升高职学生素质的重要指导思想。本文从分析研究高职学生的综合素质现状入手,针对部分高职学生存在问题进行结合实际开展的工作进行探索与思考,阐述了科学发展观对高职生综合素质的提升具有重要的指导意义,对促进高职教育发展起到的积极作用。

The concept of scientific development based on people - oriented and sustainable development is an important strategic ideology of the communist party in China and is the important guideline of improving higher vocational college students＇ quality. By analyzing the status quo of comprehensive quality of higher vocational college students, this thesis carries out the exploration and thinking concerning the problems existing in those students and elaborates the significance of the concept of scientific development in improvement of comprehensive quality.
