浅析高职院校学生干部培养

A Brief Analysis on the Student Leaders' Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着近几年高职院校的学生规模越来越大,导致专门从事学生管理工作的人员严重不足,专职辅导员工作很难细化,因而很多工作都要依赖学生干部来协助完成。但由于历史原因,高职学生干部队伍的建设存在很多问题。本文在对高职院校学生干部现状分析的基础上,提出了解决问题的对策建议。

In recent years, as students of higher vocational colleges become larger and larger in scale, resulting in people who specializing in student management become serious scarce, full - time counselors are difficult to work towards every students, therefore we have to depend on student leaders to do a lot of work. However, due to historical reasons, there are many problems in vocational student leaders＇ team building. On the basis of analysis of the Student Leaders＇ actuality in higher vocational college, this thesis puts forward suggestions to solve the problem.
