随着酒店行业在我国的深入发展,实习成为酒店管理专业培养"适销对路"人才的重要教学手段,而实习学生管理则是有效完成实习的根本保障。目前我国酒店管理专业学生在实习中仍然存在着对不适应酒店工作环境、心态不平衡、人际交往障碍等多方面的问题,无法很好的完成实习教学目标。这就需要我们采取各项管理措施,构建实习管理机制,加强对实习学生的管理与引导,使之成为实习教学任务完成的有效保障。
