摘要
司法保障是顺利建设环境友好型社会的重要条件。但是我国现有的司法体系在完成建设环境友好型社会要求方面还存在一定的差距,主要表现在受理案件极少、纠纷解决成本较高等方面。我国的司法体系应当从贯彻科学发展观入手,增强法官环境保护意识、更新司法理念,并通过设立专门环境法庭、构建配套机制等具体举措来弥补相关的不足。
Judiciary guarontec is the signigicant qualification of constructing the environment - friendly society. However, the system of judicature of our country can not reach the socail requirement of constructing the environment - friendly society. It is shown in certain aspects as the few cases and the high costs. To make up for the defects should we improve the system of indicature from carrying out the scientific concept of development; improving the awareness of environmental protection and updating the concept of judicature for judges; establishing the special environment courts and the related mechanism.
