摘要
采用去金属离子处理后的硫酸盐漂白苇浆,研究了苇浆纤维对Ca2+离子的吸附动力学及其影响因素.结果表明:在Ca2+初始浓度较低时,漂白化学浆的吸附容量随着Ca2+初始浓度的增加快速提高,当[Ca2+]达到0.2 mmol/L时,吸附容量基本保持不变,说明本苇浆与Ca2+间吸附为化学吸附.在pH 7.5、温度25℃条件下,苇浆纤维对Ca2+的饱和吸附量为0.024 mmol/g,符合Langmuir方程等温吸附线,且为单分子吸附.随着pH的升高,苇浆纤维对Ca2+的吸附量同步增加,在pH值7以后苇浆表面的游离羧基将完全被Ca2+离子吸附;苇浆纤维对Ca2+的吸附属放热吸附,提高温度将使苇浆纤维对Ca2+的吸附量略有降低.
In this paper,the adsorbing kinetics and its effects of Ca2+ on reed pulp fibers which be de-metal ions with HCl were studied.The result was shown that the adsorption capability of bleached reed pulp fiber rise along with the augment of the beginning consistency of Ca2+ at a low Ca2+ consistency.And the adsorption capability arrive at saturation when the / being 0.2 mmol/L,which indicates the adsorption between reed pulp fiber and Ca2+ is chemistry adsorption.At the conditions of pH 7.5 and 25 ℃,the saturation adsorbing quantity of reed pulp fiber on Ca2+ is 0.024 mmol/g,which accords with Langmuir isothermal equation,also belongs to single molecular adsorption.The adsorption capacity of reed pulp fiber on Ca2+ rise along with pH,and the reed pulp being entirety saturated adsorption with Ca2+ after pH 7.Arising temperature will low the adsorption capacity,which belongs to exothermic adsorption between reed pulp fibers and Ca2+.
