摘要
研究了甘露低聚糖锌配合物对尿素的吸附,探讨了pH值、甘露低聚糖锌结合率、作用时间、尿素初始浓度4个因素对尿素吸附的影响,通过正交试验确定了甘露低聚糖锌配合物对尿素吸附的最佳条件:pH值为7.5,甘露低聚糖锌配合物的结合率为40%,反应时间为1.8h,尿素初始浓度为2.0 mg/mL,在此条件下尿素的吸附量最高可达66.7 mg/g,表明该配合物对尿素有很好的吸附作用.
The adsorption of mannan oligosaccharide-Zn for ureal was studied.The factors such as pH value,combination rate of Mos-Zn,reaction time,and initiation concentration of ureal were determined.By the orthogonal test,the resust indicates that the optimum condition about the adsorption of Mos-Zn for ureal is pH 7.5,the combination rate of Mos-Zn 40%,the reaction time 1.8 h,initial concentration of ureal 2.0 mg/mL,in this case,the maximum adsorption of ureal is 66.7 mg/g and Mos-Zn had good adsorptivity for ureal.
