The Preliminary Research of the Information System on Hazardous Chemicals Based on GIS in Ningbo

GIS作为一种有效的技术手段应用于化学危险品信息系统,使我们能准确、全面、及时地掌握本地危险化学品信息,为有关领导及时准确地决策提供系统的技术支持,达到保障人民生命及财产安全的目的。本文在化学危险品信息的研究历史和现状基础上,提出了基于GIS的宁波市化学危险品的总体结构和技术路线,阐述了其实现的基本原理,构建了基于GIS的宁波市化学危险品信息系统的初步框架。

As an effective technology that is used in hazardous chemicals information system, GIS enables us to master the local information of hazardous chemicals accurately, thoroughly and timely. It provides systematic technical support for the leaders to make decision promptly and accurately, so that personal and property safety could be guaranteed. On the base of the history and present situations,the paper puts forward the general structure and technical route of the hazardous chemicals information based on the GIS technology, It presents the principle and constructs the preliminary frame of hazardous chemicals information system.
