摘要
随着城市建设的日新月异和对老城区的改造以及有关单位的改制,原来地籍测量的成果已不能满足需要,为保证地籍数据的现势性,在传统地籍变更测量模式的基础上提出了数字地籍测量工作模式。本文将两种工作模式作了简单的比较。数字工作模式与传统模式相比,使得外业地籍变更调查于内业数据处理一体化,做到实地调查实地变更,遇到问题现场解决,提高了工作效率。最后对今后的土地发展方向作了展望。
With the great development of city construction and the reformation to the old urban city area and some work unit＇ s system, the data got in the past can＇ t meet the demands. In order to ensure the currency of cadastral data, digital cadastre variation mode comes out based on the traditional mode. This paper compares the two models simply. Compared with the traditional models of cadastral variation, the digital model makes it possible to integrate cadastral surveying with data processing to deal with the data or solve problems on the spot, and greatly improves the efficiency. Finally , it looks into the future of the development direction on land.
