垂直型产业内贸易对我国劳动力报酬差距的影响——基于制造业各细分行业的实证分析

垂直型产业内贸易的开展对我国内部经济均衡的一个重要影响是造成国内技术性劳动力和非技术性劳动力报酬差距的扩大。其影响途径在于:在华外国垂直型生产投资使中国企业加入到跨国公司的生产体系中去,企业对技术性劳动力的相对需求增加;这种投资造成跨国公司内部人员工资的调整;同时源自行业内收入差距的扩大会延伸至行业间收入差距的扩大。我国制造业23个细分行业的面板数据所作的实证分析在一定程度上印证了上述观点。

The vital impact of vertical intra-industry trade on inner economic equilibrium is splitting salary gap between skilled labors and unskilled labors. The path is that Chinese enterprises, which import intermediate products and undertake processing and assembly, are involved in the production system of multinationals. So, the relevant demand of skilled labors is increasing. The adjustment of employees＇ salaries within the multinationals also causes the splitting gap. Besides, the expanding gap within the industries can spread to the expanding gap around the industries. This paper proves the above- mentioned viewpoints by empirical research of using panel data of 23 segment industries in manufacturing of our country.
