"解严"后台湾政党政治逐渐迈入程序政治的议程,但由于其转型过快与政治体系内部党争的复杂性,执政党的政策民众化诉求尚未真正实现,尤其表现在陈水扁执政的八年时间内。分析其间的政党政治,可以更清晰地看到现代政治运作的复杂性。

After the ＂Lift of martial law＂, political parties in Taiwan gradually entered the programmed political agenda. But as its over quick transformation of political system and the complexity of internal party competition, the ruling party＇s demotic policy of appeal can not be truly realized, especially in eight years of Chen Shuibian＇s administration. Analyzing those political parties, the complexity of modern political operation can be seen more clearly.
